Local Activists from Central Slovakia took part in our training to create spaces for cultural and social activities.
The Reclaim! National Training event took place on Thursday (20th April), where we met with local activists from Central Slovakia. In addition to commitment, these people are also united by their interest in creating a space for decent people, in which they will find cultural and social activities. At the same time, however, these spaces are also a place for discussion and solutions to problems that bother us as citizens.
During our training we tried to support each other and find solutions to the diverse problems that connect these people and their projects. Csilla Droppová, the coordinator of Ekopolis Foundation presented the results of her research among cultural centers. We discussed the topic of "Civil Society and Social Problems" with Michal Vašečka and the official program ended with a panel discussion with Zuzana Wienk from Bystriny and Milan Zvada from Záhrada CNK.
The training was organised by Ekopolis Foundation as part of the Reclaim Our Civil Space! project.
